Question diet: 5 / 6 small meals a day, examples, please?
I have been told to eat 5 / 6 small meals a day help with diet, to help me reduce snacking between meals. How "small" these small meals, and what kind of things may consist of? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks xxx Furthermore, these foods should I eat when I'm starving? I feel like eating now, though I have hunger, would it be wise to have one of these small meals now or I'll put weight on this?
