How do I get the smell of dog urine from wood floors?

I have wood floors that I am about to sand and recoat. How do I get smell of dog urine hardwood floors, before the application is due and stop them? I restaining floor flat in a kind of light colored wood, and I'd like a way to get the smell, I'll leave dark stains on the wood. Any advice you have been successful? Thanks!

I have not tried this on wood floors, but I have used my carpet with great success. Try hydrogen peroxide. It is very cheap. Can be mixed with a little baking sodium for a chemical reaction that is nice "lift" the urine at least outside the carpet. My only concern would be that would whiten wood a little, but the urine probably already been achieved.
