do rabbits go dormant during the winter?
my rabbit used to eat a lot and drink a lot and was very active, but then again hes started eating winter and hes just drink less and active. l use of anything in his cage and jump around and now hardly do anything but sit there. this is due to its winter or is it because some things wrong? hes certainly a cover rabbit, but I'll take it out on the patio of my house every morning for about 30 minutes to an hour to give the exercise. please and thank you for all your help =]
I had many rabbits as a child and none did. They are more fluffy in winter, but their level of activity remained unchanged. But perhaps there is a difference between races. It would be more than a checkup.
