Wall Mount
Wall Mount
Has anyone tried to mount wall cabinets for a modern bathroom vanity?

My husband and I are trying to make a rehabilitation center Low cost of a large bathroom. I found a TV stand that is a perfect fit if we can somehow wall to mount a floating effect and add vessel sinks and a glass counter. The only problem is that the piece is very heavy and have metal studs for the most part. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

You need to find the center of the metal studs, either with a metal detector or using a very small diameter nail and push through wall to find the edges of the beam. The following amount should be 16 inches apart. Find the center, both for the posts where you want to mount the TV. You may need to use four right angle brackets to maintain the support of television. Two on top and 2 on the bottom. Below holes in the beams metal to the desired height and secure the brackets to the wall with metal screws. I would suggest a # 10 metal screw to 1.5 inches long or larger. Use a drill that is smaller than the diameter of screw threads. I rode a lazy Susan cabinet size in our pantry http://www.ourhomeimprovement.net/pantry.html
