Any way to calm my stomach dogs or to stop vomiting?
I have an Italian greyhound, 7 years old, very healthy, but has been throwing up a or twice a day for the last 5 days. took him to the vet, no parasites, blood and urine fine. doctor recommended Royal Canin Hon. threw up. tried to twelve hours of fasting. no improvement. now only give a few grains of his usual dry food several times a day. Any suggestions? I know he is dying of hunger!
