Virbac Preventic
Virbac sent me a "mark" the collar of my dog breeder. Do you need the attention of scabies as well?
Many of her pups have reported scabies mites. And so she has researched and sent us all Preventic tick collar. But it is not ticks. Does this work for scabies too? Thanks!
I've seen it used in scabies cases, but generally not for puppies. The main ingredient is the same as in one of the "downs" normally used for scabies. It may or may not work. I would tell my vet how I made it because some dogs are more sensitive to different substances chemical. Scabies is a mite that lives in the dog and cat CADA. We also have a mite that lives in your eyebrows! Even reputable breeders have puppies with problems scabies. When a puppy gets a disease (obious or not) that lowers your immune system and allows the itch to get out of control (scabies population is controlled by the immune system). All drugs have side effects. There are many ways to treat scabies in these days, including Preventic collars, injections of ivermectin, ivermectin orally and even some flea preventative correct a problem with scabies.
