Do people rent commercial kitchen just to pass inspections by the Health …?

I recently started to grow wheatgrass at home, and selling wheat grass juicers, i bought a wholesaler with it. I wonder about the expansion, I know all you need to know about DBA, zoning, etc. but I wonder about having a legitimate business in the near future so we do not have to worry about any invisible hassles. So wonder: Do people rent commercial kitchen just to pass the inspections until they can buy their own space? Honestly, if you are using your home inspections to make your product, is sometimes so quiet as to keep right? (Please, no anal goody-two-shoes response, because we all know that sometimes you have to move a little tube that is fully legitimate, even the government!) Thanks

You do not need a commercial kitchen to grow wheat grass. You may have to meet certain standards to sell commercially, but these would be agricultural standards, not commercial kitchen standards. Nobody grows anything in a commercial kitchen, in fact, it would be a violation. I would ask an administrator of local food stores on the rules for growing wheat grass or anything like that, cabbage included. I mean lets get real, buy farm produce using animal feces to fertilize the land they grow in. I sold the grocery store right stuff out of my own garden and trees outside of them and do not even ask where it comes from, only inspect the goods. Of course, if you are sold a product not sure I could be in deep do, so you want to know the rules and comply with them. It's not that hard to do, and not as expensive as the rental or purchase of a commercial kitchen.
