One of my dogs developed trouble walking a little over a year back and tried to find different ways to do what they could walk because I need (which is prone to obesity) and nothing we tried worked (aid quiet, some exposure methods). Basically, every time I see a dog that freaks out and panics and freaks out. Bark and whine and make noises rare and only acts crazy. It's so embarrassing because we used to trust him in the dog park and was always well behaved. I have recently seen some different brands "remote control" that emit ultrasonic sound waves when the dog barks to get you to stop barking. I wonder if it really works and if it is harmful to them.
