What is a group of small dogs rescued in southern Ontario, Canada?
I'm looking into getting a dog, has to be a small breed the size of a cat, I can not pay hundreds of dollars for adoption, is there anything that prevents the adoption rate, or do not have one? I have alist of dogs here is interested, even if they are mixed.
