Is it illigal to be naked in your backyard if you have a high fence?
I have a high wooden fence that you can not really see through. I live in Michigan, I am authorized by law to be naked out there?
While the wall is continuous, it is necessary to have a reasonable expectation of privacy in that area. You should be able to be as naked as you want to be there. 
BUT! If you live below someone who can see the fence in the area above … likely ask them not to do so, but it would be interesting to see how it came to court, and that put a fence for privacy. In this case, you may want put some air network to help prevent a problem. Hey! It would keep out insects too!
