Sweet Dreams

Can anyone help? I used to bake these things called "Sweet Dreams" when he lived in America?

The image is in the Sweet Dreams link. by the editors of Easy Home Cooking Sweet DreamsYield: 12 servingsIngredients ago: 1/4cup 1/4cup oatmeal 1tablespoon cracker crumbs, peanut butter, canola oil 2tablespoons 1package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese, softened and cut into pieces of egg whites 1/2cup 1egg 1/4cup apple juice concentrate, frozen, thawed 2tablespoons flour 1tablespoon sugar substitute 1tablespoon brown sugar 1teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup vanilla 1teaspoon mixed frozen berries, chopped nonstick cooking spray Preparation: 1.Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 12 large (2-3/4-inch) muffin pan with the paper cups or paper cups baking. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add oats and cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from heat. Immediately stir in cookie crumbs, peanut butter and canola oil and mix well. Divide the crumb mixture evenly and press into baking cups. 2.Beat cream cheese, egg whites, egg, apple juice concentrate, sugar substitute, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Divide the dough between the cups, top with berries (about 1 tablespoon per muffin cup). Spray with cooking spray. Bake 25 30 minutes, until edges are browned. 3.Remove from oven to wire rack, cool completely. Store leftovers in the freezer.
