What is a good place / places to celebrate birthday number 21 in Boston?
I'm turning 21 in about 2 months and about 10 friends and I are near Boston to celebrate! What are some good places (bars, clubs) that we can drink and dance and maybe even be in the same area as can only walk to each of them? I want to have fun and I'm turning 21 finallyyy are there places that do anything special for 21 bdays, like riding a bull haha
There are plenty of bars in Boston. The most popular bars for college age people are in Fanueil Hall. They are within walking distance and all is good. Only walk around and find one or ask when you get there. I like Sanctuary and Ned Devine. Both are great and you can dance. There are also restaurants that if you eat first. Try Cheers or Dick's Last Resort. http://faneuilhallmarketplace.com/ The harp is really fun. It is close to the Garden (which is where all concerts / sports). It's two floors and usually have a live band and a DJ on Saturdays and two dance floors and large. There are other bars in walking distance (Hurricane O'Reillys, Lawyers largest). http://harpboston.com/harpboston/ If you want to ride a bull, to go to the liquor store. They have a mechanical bull. It is located in the alley, so there are other bars there too. Also within walking distance of Gypsy Bar is very good. Http://www.liquorstoreboston.com/ I agree that Reyes is a cool, but if you go on a weekend night, you'll have to wait three hours to a bowl (without exaggeration)! I arrived at 9 and did not bowl until 12!
