What are the parts of an IBA OTV?
What are the parties to an ACU IBA OTV? I know that comes with the main deck, the parties or the shoulder, Part of the neck, sides, and the groin. But what is the fact the main deck. Is it just a soft cloth with kevlar inserts in it? Or is it like where it is completely PASGT vest Kevlar? ACU version also have the same parts as the version of the forests? What about plate inserts? is what has just entered the cover? Where soft inserts go?
If you go to Iraq soon, the IBA is replaced by the IOTV. It's a little heavy, but is designed for most of the weight around their hips, not your shoulders.
