Remember in slings – am I missing something?
I posted a Q on here earlier homemade sling bag and responds to two, said deep had been recalled. So when I searched Google only thing I saw was a reminder Infantino sling. Anyone who has used a sling / wrap known their is a big difference between a sling bag or a ring sling and Infantino was selling those things ………. or am I missing something?
Hondas not homemade have been recalled. Only a specific deep and the problem was how the baby was placed on the leg – the head could fall forward cutting off oxygen. Anything that I use for a small baby can be inherently dangerous. So the warnings are reasonable. They tell you what to watch. Note that the number deaths is very small – 14 babies over 20 years and millions of children in them. To quote the article: "The commission said many of the babies whose deaths are being investigated were born prematurely, had difficulty breathing (for example, because he had a cold) or a twin were underweight birth. "
