Can a dog suffering from skin allergies, eating fruits and vegetables?
My dog suffers from skin allergies, now is at the Royal food Canine Hypoallergenic dog. I would sometimes give fruits and vegetables as a gift, is this safe? If so, what fruits and vegetables are not harmful for a dog with allergies?
Dog allergies can be very complicated. Some dogs are allergic to beef. Others are allergic to chicken. It is only as a game. My dog is allergic to chicken that we have a formula based on bison. If that is not to have skin allergies in the real dog, then you can try some things such as carrots and bananas. The only thing is, reading the ingredient list of Royal Canin (I'm assuming that is the brand ?)… not a very good food. Use soy and is a food allergy for dogs high. So if your dog is not under control at this meal, then you need to find other types of food before adding nothing more.
