What should I do if my Shih-Tzu training is taking slightly loose stools in the house of a sudden?

Our dog has been trained to go to the bathroom outside, and last week he has been having problems and has been happening inside the house much. He is four years old Shih-Tzu and we were recently in a common area for ticks. Could the ticks nothing to do with this and there are specific diseases that might be?

Very little deposition may be due to something as simple as stress, eating something that should or can be as serious as an infection or illness that may require medication. Depending on how your dog feels otherwise, is to eat, drink and play well with normal and what your stools look like, well water, cow pie / line with milk or blood or mucus. You can try adding a bland diet, boiled chicken and rice, and a source of good bacteria as yogurt or cottage cheese for 1-2 days see if their companies to the dregs. If he is acting sick or does not improve, the best advice is to be seen by a veterinarian. You may need to run a stool test to determine if you have other parasites or infection to be ready to give in. Unfortunately, the fresher the better. I hope that helps.
