What is a good way to convince the zoning board needs a fence 6 feet?
I applied to build a fence 6 feet in the backyard of my property. The building department denied the application and have applied for a variation of this. I have a hearing scheduled and the need to convince the Board that the fence is for the safety of my property and privacy. How can I present this in a professional manner. I'm doing this for me and does not use a lawyer, etc. My neighbors are fine with my decision to put the fence, it will also be given privacy advice please, thanks
