What do you think of the RSPCA possible new law saying that one must walk the dog daily or face a fine and jail?

I have to be disagree with this 1.As walking a dog in heat 38degree celcius be classed as animal cruelty 2. Also walking a dog classified below torrintial Poors as animal cruelty. 3. Not all individuals can walk a dog every day 4.I also believe that it is a delivery rate over 5. A reduction in adoptions. 6, rates euthanised How about the complexity of this move will be? Remember this is Humane Society of Australia, but they love heard around the world. What I think is that, while perhaps a legal requirement in place on the statute books, is a practice that gather dust, because it would be prohibitively expensive to implement. There will be rare instances when reference is made, but would be part of a general neglect / abuse case. Most dog walkers are healthy enough to stay inside where there was torrential rain and not have your dog outside in the midday sun, unless it was unavoidable. Many people with physical limitations now use motorized scooters and have healthy, active dogs, while others use a dog walking service. In my opinion, will have a negligible effect in the number of owner-surrendered dogs, people who buy a rescue dog and therefore the number of dogs that are euthanized.
