The fire safety codes for commercial doors?

My uncle is opening a small market in Florida. Want to install a door mesh in the front to save energy, but is there a fire code that indicates that all doors that open outward. But he wondered if they could install a retractable screen door. retractable doors by definition (from wikipedia) are retractable or "disappearance" screen doors operate on a principle similar to spring pull down the blinds, unless they pull through. They have flexible fiberglass insect screen that rolls. I need to know if this type of door follow the fire code. If anyone can find the code online and after the url, I'll be very grateful and give them 10 points for sure. The door screen is similar to those found in electric gates Wal-Mart and Publix. Retract to the sides and pull the blinds, but sideways.

I agree with Joe. If the door as well as shrinkage can be opened to the outside, pass the test. Working at the airport that we have doors that automatically retracts when is activated by a motion sensor. These doors also pivot outwards when hit. This has two important purposes. When you accidentally hit that pin instead of breaking. If there were an emergency at the airport … require the immediate evacuation of the terminal, the doors that pivot, and therefore off the road, fleeing the travelers! Of course, third and frequently used feature of the doors can be opened, so that outdoor space is large enough to that large items (cars from local car dealers for the most part) to be placed on display at the airport terminal building.
