Dog adoption and policies repossesion dog?
If I adopt a dog from a rescue that states have to live in the area to adopt and says they do checks on the dog for life for the dog and reserves the right to take the dog back at any time they see fit … Is that legal? Can take the property back after the purchase? It could also stipulate that you can not move from the area and still have the dog? IE – I live in California now, if I can take the dog and moved to New York, could legally get my dog?
These policies do not go to a shelter that is near their place of residence just to get an animal rescue. since some shelters are purebreds. The animal rescue shelter to go to a loving home to keep the animal as he was a member family.
