Where can I rescue a Shih-Tzu (may be mixed) in the state of California?
Looking for a Shih-Tzu to bail in June and all recipients and pups are in other states! The puppy can be mixed with something, like a Yorkie, to form a Shorkie. But where is the place of rescue to buy a Shih-tzu? PLEASE HELP!
