rescue pugs

I'm helping out with a pug rescue group, what are some tips for handling the actual delivery?
Tomorrow will be my first deals a family of delivery of a pug. I have the forms to the owner (s) to sign and fill me, and includes a questionnaire (and a copy to keep it so) but I'm looking for some tips on how to do this, go as easy as possible for the family, the pug and all parties involved, including the pug rescue. Also I make sure I collect as much information about this particular Pug as possible. Any suggestions? Thank you!
-Get as medical history much as possible. Including any allergies. Diet-info. Temperament .. have the dog growled, broke or any person mordida.-Likes and dislikes … including children and other animals, looking for information to see if they are being honest about why they are becoming a rescue dog. – Wearing diapers? Crate trained? "It's a dog of a sieve? Can you dig under or climb over fences? – How does the dog alone? The possible separation anxiety? Think of other issues that: 1. ask your veterinarian exams. 2. Information leaving a petsitter 3. Frequently asked questions raised by adoptive parents. Good for you! Thanks for helping dogs.
