How can I help my depressed rescue dog regain his spirit?
She was rescued from a puppy mill and was a dog breeder. She is a Maltese, about 3 years, and it is pretty sad and confused. What can I do to get her out of her shell?

But she will be well worth it … So give him sweets and toys and love to the foot of it and just to show their world. After three years of age and coming from a mill.
