any idea how to control the itch?
Food has changed Hank (German shepherd) after receiving the comments of this site. You have red spots on the skin and itching. Sent to a lab stool and parasites. first fight was resolved with antibiotics, but I will not do this anymore. Until that improvement is not shown with different foods anyone have a suggestion of what gets on the skin that are not keeping clean with mild antibacterial soap until better?
You can try giving him some Benadryl. For a full sized dog, you can securely manage up to 25 mg. This can be swallowed whole (if you can carry it), or mashed up into some soft canned food. It sounds to me that probably has a flea-bite dermatitis. Your veterinarian can prescribe a special shampoo to help this too. Good luck!
