What does "barking dogs" mean? (foot and mouth disease)?
I think 'barking dogs "is a colloquial way of referring to a problem in the foot. I read in a Bliss catalog. It was in the description of a milder hell Spa Pro Kit. It reads: "The dogs bark? Make that" heel "with the outside waterproof, rechargeable single soft, available from a doctor first again! .
It's a Southern expression for a long time, Ive heard people in their 80's-90's it.it doesn't say any disease to all.it means, ur feet are tired and they are much hurt.people, as they say it.If hold cash or much, or get calluses on the heels UR / feet.the makes soft hard smooth calloused areas. but the streets are not a disease, are the result of the stress of walking / standing too.
