Puppy Bone

How can you tell if your puppy has broken a bone?
I have a West Highland White Terrier, which is only 2 ½ months old. He is very active and likes to climb on top of things as beds, chairs and tables, but are stuck there until someone in my family it down. This morning I found him stuck on the top of the kitchen table, (I have no idea how he got there, I think he got in the chair and table) and as I walked towards him disappointed jumped and kind of put it there on the floor for a second. Then he got up, but limping slightly. I realized that it has not been around and when walking alone, with your back arch is a bit more than usual. No crying or wimpering or seems as if in physical pain, but I can not stop worrying. Someone please tell me what are the symptoms of a broken bone puppy. = / Is it possible you may have a broken rib and a hernia in his column in the impact of the fall?
The best to go to the vet, the vet examined first and if he considers it necessary X-rays, broken bones are not the only concern The dog could have caused damage to the ligaments or a dislocated joint, but a hamstring injury is very painful and dogs do not express the pain vocally as we do, but still suffer. So even if only a hamstring injury the vet can prescribe pain medication, and follow the maintenance tips Veterans carefully as some leg injuries have much time to improve or lead to injury worse could the dog run before it is properly cured so you may need to box and foot strap for a time to heal properly ensure joint
