Where to find a cheap pink, frilly dress princess?
I think I will be a "ghetto princess" for Halloween and I need a pink princess dress with ruffles. It has to be cheap because I'm on a budget (maximum $ 15). I have twelve years of age, size 14-16 (XL) in children and probably a little young. Besides, I really do not want to buy something online (ie eBay)
Yes, I would go to good will, or any other thrift store. Its just for my Halloween suggestion, wash before use. But you should be able to find exactly what you want not just a few dollars.
