Patriotic Stars

A lot of celebrities today are ungrateful – but not the older stars I saw in Branson Saturday.

I saw Bobby Vee and Fabian, and were very kind. It was mentioned several times that if not for the fans, who have not been successful. They were very happy to pose for photos, talking, shaking hands, etc. He seemed genuinely happy that people were there. They also had a patriotic segment on the show. Do you think any of the twits today (Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, etc) whenever you wake up and become real stars like these guys? Don, you could not have said it better.

I am delighted that Bobby found Vee and Fabian friendly, but the truth may be all the attention they receive during a year. Celebrities today are faced with a paparazzi who is relentless. I'm defending them, but his comments seem a bit skewed.
