It's a Habitrail ovo platform cage good for a teddy bear hamster?
I'm doing a teddy bear hamster and cage saw this and fell in love it, but what I looked at the reviews and just read a review about it might be to small for a teddy bear. I think satrted in this and now I'm not sure. I also wonder if it's easy to get your Hammie outside the cage thats a really big problem for me?! Thanks a bunch!
No, the cages with bars make it much easier for the hamster to breath + is a bit too small, Wilkes cages make great bars. Are very boring but I spent £ 20 in a cage of three levels and all five of my hamsters have loved it! I bought a plastic, it was difficult to clean, was broken into twice and my hamster escape maintained. It is also much easier to get your hamster cages outside bars, because the doors are often bigger and not pipes joined by his hamster to hide in, you can not get out once you are in nightmare!
