Soap as good as the toothpaste for oral care?
I have a friend that only with antibacterial soap to clean teeth, gums and tongue. Their teeth are white looking and not have bad breath. Affirms the regular toothpaste is unnecessary.
Toothpaste contains a very fine abrasive missing in the soap. Its purpose is to eliminate the faint traces of the plate that develop as a consequence of eating. The plaque deposits are the result of bacteria oral who lives in the saliva and the gums, tongue and lining of the mouth. Unless your friend is to brush immediately after any type of meal and snack, which is finally will have a plaque buildup. There are also foul taste.
