Nylon Bone

What would you do if your pet that you little?
My dogs got into a fight for a nylon bone. My brother tried to stop with the fight and was bitten in the face by one of the dogs. Now my family wants to get rid of the dog that bit my brother. I am against it because I assumed everyone I knew that you never get between two fighting dogs. You grab the back legs and pull apart. What? Tori: I do not agree with you on many points. Every dog has your own bone, but sometimes they both want the same bone. I have found a pet owner of dogs that never bore witness to a fight between them or between them. Normally the dogs get along very well. The best and safest effective way to break an intense struggle is to pick up his hind legs and stretch to support both, but you should have a good grip on the legs to be sure that no legs slip from their hands or can have another fight happen. http://home.att.net/ ~ vlea / DOG_FIGHTS.htm
you are abosolutely right. never break fighting dogs. and if what is most definitely not get their faces. I would not be rid of the dog. if it shows a behavior more aggressive, then I get rid of him, but no more than a bite in a dog fight.
