Newfoundland does no one seems to be too hot?

I have a 11 week old Newfoundland puppy. It may be 68 or 70 degrees in our house and she puts pants and heavy. It also seems to drink water all the time. Only sips here and there, but all day. This is my first newfie. Any pointers!

I used to have a Newfoundland and is hot every day. I live in the South and my dog just step from the house on summer days.
