How I can make mint ice cream in a Ziploc bag?

I have fresh mint in my garden, a child of two years without ice cream factory.

this is what I use: 1 / 2 cup milk 1 / 4 cup half and half 1 tablespoon sugar 1 / 4 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 sandwich size Ziploc bags gallon Size Ziploc bag 2 cups ice 1 tablespoon of salt a few drops of mint extract or mint oil Fill a sandwich size Ziplock bag with ½ cup milk ¼ cup cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract. Seal bag securely, be sure to remove excess air as much as possible. Place the bag inside the second bag sandwich size Ziplock bag and seal well. Fill a gallon Ziploc bag with 2 cups of ice and 1 tablespoon of salt. Place smaller bag has been filled with the milk mixture inside the larger bag and seal tightly, make the most of the air bag as possible. Shake the bag the ice cream mixture as hard as you can. In 5-10 minutes you'll have a batch of delicious homemade soft ice cream. If you prefer hard ice-cream place the bag of soft ice cream in the freezer for 1-2 hours and then enjoy. Hope this helps. Enjoy!
