What is a fair rate to pay a real estate agent or real estate agent to sell a property in Florida, Cape Coral.?
I I know that if it is 2 or realtor that the Commission declares that it is split between them. Half for the seller's agent and the other half Giong the purchasing agent. I know I have said that a person should never have to pay over 10,000 in total broker fees. which is then divided between the two agents. This does not include other costs as the title company and so on. I am only interested in the broker fee. They usually charge a percentage of sales from 6% to 8% – but I would like finding out more than 10,000 max. So sombody who has delt with this tell me what you think. Home buyer – seller of the home-Florida, or even real estate agents who works in Florida. The way property is in Cape Coral, Florida is only the land and is a big three. If sales of between 100,000 and 180,000 – as if the rate of an agent to say was 8% sales broker fee would be 8000 to 14,400, which of course, the higher number is what some realtors say is I high of a fee to pay anyone. Please help.
