The Chocolate Dog is proud to participate in the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park, a collection of over 100 local artisans offering a wide array of art, garments, crafts and accessories. The Holiday Market is spread throughout the park, encircling the Pond, a free Olympic-sized ice skating rink open to all. The market also boasts a full service restaurant, as well as specialty foods and locally produced hot apple cider.

Along with many other artisans in the Holiday Market, The Chocolate Dog offers locally produced items. All of our clothing is made by designers in Brooklyn and Queens and all of our gourmet dog treats are baked by the Ada Nieves Dog Barkery of Queens. Not only does this provide the care and quality that comes from small businesses, but it also displays the creativity and uniqueness that only New York can sometimes offer.

Bryant Park itself is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, right next to the New York Public Library. It is a short walk from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Herald Square and the Empire State Building. It is easy to get to by Metro North, the Long Island Railroad the PATH and by New Jersey Transit. It is even easier to get to by subway, with the 6th Avenue IND (B, D, F, V) 42nd Street Station as well as the Flushing IRT (7) 5th Avenue Station located only steps away.

The Chocolate Dog at the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park is open everyday between November 17th and December 30th. Our operating hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday, 11 am to 8 pm
Saturday, 10 am to 9 pm
Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm
