i chirtsmas I want a lab puppy has a black, but I want a white or yellow atleast under DOLLERS 200.00, as in Columbus, Lancaster, Logan, Zanesville and places or perrycounty well i know some pepole Ennis teaxs there so plz help me to find the puppy you want!
Check http://www.petfinder.com and look in your area. There are white lab though. There are only 3 colors – chocolate, yellow and black. White is simply diluted yellow. Silver chocolate is diluted and a scam. They are a mix breed lab and weimarner. Black, chocolate, and yellow are the only correct colors. Although my purebred marked tillers are possible, be careful not to those selling "rare" Labradors of other colors at exorbitant prices. There are farmers that are so pale yellow that looks white, but was still considered to be yellow and usually have a little color, even if it is only the tip of the ear. These lighter yellows not unusual nor rare and should not command a significant price hike. The same goes for "fox red" Labradors. The change in farmers yellow are not penalized, but receive the same treatment as any other yellow Labrador, but the lighter shades tend to predominate in the ring at this time. "Silver" Labradors are purely a scam and are crosses with Weimaraners or very light chocolates. An actual silver Labrador (possibly a dilute chocolate) would be treated as mismarked a dog and not a command high prices. To our knowledge, "blue" Labradors (dilute blacks) have not been offered, but if they were, the same warnings as the silver Labs would apply. It is possible that silver labs are actually dilute blacks, no one has done any tests to verify the breeding and owners of the stalls silver are very secretive about their dogs. However, based on a comparison with Doberman Pinscher, it seems reasonable to speculate that silver dilute chocolates ( "fawns" the doberman).
