Heavy Duty

What line would be more appropriate Shimano components for a heavy-duty, off-road touring bike?
Will the suspension front, is a mountain bike, must be weighed. I know Deore LX line is for walking, but is heavy enoungh?
Good, and LX is now a trekking group that I would use to travel will have to look at SLX, but your question has me a little confused. How can an offroad tour? Touring implies long journeys and there is only one road in the U.S. that I know of that has any length can include "touring" and is the Appalachian Trail … I am not sure that can ride a bicycle in it. If you think of "heavy" on the road and the front suspension will have to take into account their weight and the weight of its load to determine the correct degree of stiffness. Adding too much weight just flatten the sources. There is a reason that ride bikes are in the form of roads that are far more effective and more balanced, and by far the best bike for the job. EDIT: Dan, I stand corrected on a tour of the all-rounder, but with respect to the LX, was relegated a group of trekking from this year and was replaced by SLX. If I did I'd probably go offroad tours by iMOTION / SRAM I-9 internally geared hub. 9 speed and bullets.
