Harness Shirt
My ferret, Jasper, hates his harness and always gets. Help!?
Put on your harness, the velcro strap together, make an X intersect with snap buckles on the chest after the velcro. Then I put the shirt on the chair … and wings. He always gets out of it! Drag the front of his body, his arms dangling on the ground or floor to move beyond. I want to be able to take it places, but it shows me that can be controlled or confidence in their movement for their safety. How can I get used to it or encourage him to wear for me and for himself? @ Miceila or W / e your name is … That's not true at all so do not talk about what you do not know. They do not carry diseases and ferrets are not even in nature and are fully domesticated and have been for thousands of years. Just bite before they have been trained like dogs PIN. Other risks? Really? Like all forms what?. Mine does the same. Even her necklace to pretend it's okay with him and then exit when you stop paying attention. I just want to get in when you have the operation the house but she did not. I think the key here is persistence and that will take a lot because ferrets are very persistent themselves. Just keep it again and give a small piece of a treat. Make sure it fits properly .. you should be able to slide a finger in. too tight and will fight like crazy to lose him, because is too tight, too loose and they can escape (r.).
