Where can I connect the Orange wire lighting in 1998 Durango?
I'm connecting a Sony CD player in my Dodge Durango. All cables are connected except for the orange wire cables from the truck. The harness on the CD player has no place to plug in this cable. The player CD does not come on unless I touch the orange cable to power, however, even when the CD player is on my lights will turn on my script. Does anyone by Please help? What am I doing wrong? Where can I connect the orange cable to make things work? Please help.
your stereo deck also should have an orange wire, check the wiring diagram to see exactly what color it is. if the second half and then look in the back of the deck see if the cables have been cut short. cable is, obviously, cable lighting as U said. whatever the dose until the deck is dim the lights when the lights of the head her time in years. not really needed it. and that's what happens here in Australia, I'm not exactly sure how their cars work there
