Is this good for my harness rat rat?

Rats are escape artists, so a harness, in general, may or may not work for his little other, it really depends on your personality and how calm they are the same time in a harness and, while outside the cage, period. I personally have never tried a harness on my rat just does not seem feasible to me to keep a rat in a place as a source of supervision.
