How can I exersize without loseing much ass, boobs and hips?
How can I exersize without loseing much ass, boobs and hips? I was 122 pounds, a few months ago, and my i exersize walking, A LOT!, I am now about 107 pounds, but I lost tons of weight, and I'm happy, but I'm loseing big part of my body. Then, How can my hips to be curved like? If I eat fast food about 1-2 times a week
Not possible. Contrary to popular belief, you can not lose weight through spot reduction.
