Green Universal
What is the name of that green light can be used down to take photos for growing them?
I have seen this special light in the Universal studio and elsewhere. With this technique you can take a cool picture of you and change the background, so you can stay ahead of the Great Pyramid or the construction of Empire State without having to work a lot with the growing process. I have to take lots of pictures and objects of the crop out of them, so I want to know how to take these photos. Thanks!
It is called "Chroma Key" – also called "green screen". "Chroma Key green screen" would be the term. Now known as "digital composition" replaces "Chroma Key" when using computers. They used to use the blue for the same thing, it was called "blue screen", but meteorologists were losing too many ties. Blue was chosen as the human skin has less blue in it than any other color. Green is now used more in the blue screen and film as it would eliminate the sky (well, actually no technical reason for the green I thought sound but good heavens!).
