I live in a house in the suburbs of Illinois, and just bought a puppy from a local breeder that I know very well. Good people they are. Anyway one has a large backyard, which would cost a lot of money and time to build a fence. I wondered if I could by law, under my supervision, let my German Shepherd to run freely around my chair while sipping a chilled bottle of foam in the summer. I would like at some point in the future to play ball with my dog frisbee. I do not know if this is legally allowed, if you do not have nearby. Im planning on taking the child to classes to make it more compliant.
I'm sure it's not legal. You must have your safety seat the dog and safe for everyone else. You should not have bought a dog without a patio railing for it.
