Is this German Shepherd puppy is Full Blooded?

Set_albumName = album01 This dog is 3 weeks old, (I think pictures sleepy), there is a photo of the parents (father was subjected to ear surgery.). Need to know is this a "purebred German shepherd? Thank you! How many% will give you that this is real and this German Shepherd mix .. (sorry for re-post, wrong questions asked before)

You can not say about a photo if a purebred dog. Some mixtures can be viewed as an ill-mannered dog and purebred can have some defects that make them look so mixed that even in person that can not be 100% sure — you really can not say that even a photo show around the dog's body.
