I'm buying a French bulldog puppy. Any advice as to the training?
Lots in the same as any other dog – of patience, lots and lots of praise and depending on the age of your dog, you can start with simple obedience commands (only at home – no school) after the puppy was right at home and feel comfortable with you. Save all the lessons very short, fun and most importantly, use plenty of praise. Because dogs can not swim, if your dog is going to be anywhere near water, you have to teach him to stay away from water. Enjoy your puppy!
