Sewing patterns for dogs, free and beautiful?

I want to make a small stuffed dog, but I can not find a sewing pattern that is pretty or free. I especially find sewing patterns for dog clothes, but thats not what I want.

Billed as a wolf, but it looks like a dog http://www.allfreecrafts.com/sewing/wolf.shtml is a series of video tutorials sewing dolls stuffed, and they actually do a dog. Honestly, it's a little harsh, because it is completely done by hand without the sewing machine, sew, but it could probably clean it using a machine in place.
