Is there anywhere in New England have free dog / cat? or cheap? I know theres no price on love but … Yes?
Really I want a puppy / kitten, and can not afford costly. Is there any place in Massachusetts / RI / CT / NH that has free or cheap, animals? I can pay for groceries and everything, but not the expensive cost. Adoption, shelter dogs / cats. Whatever. Thanks I can afford not only everything at once.
