Fence Stubborn
An underground electric fence work with Basset Hound?
I currently have a black lab and the subway system around and my dog will not go beyond that line. I read that Bassets are stubborn and I like to follow his nose. Do you just walk right on the line and leave our yard? Thank you very much for your help!
Blueye is correct. My neighbors have one of these fences and their dogs have never gotten in the 13yrs I've been in neighborhood.I not understand a dog is so fat can not feel the shock, because it is my understanding that you can adjust for the stronger shock levels.
