Fence Power
I want to paint a fence, which has dirt on it though – What to do?
Hello everyone, I paint a fence in the garden, which has never been painted before. It has the usual filth, dirt etc. in it and was wondering if I have to clean this out b4 beginning – I do not want to have to hose down as I will not dip – (Painting in one day). Are there any suggestions on how to clean before painting without wetting it! Thanks, Sofia
Take a stiff wire brush (you can get them in Home Depot) and brush the dirt. That should be enough without having to go through power washing. That way you do not have to wait to dry before painting.
