Fence Dog
It is a legal electric dog fence put up if the children live next door and could hurt people?
I live in Harris County, Texas, and my neighbor has one of the Electric Wire (designed to keep your dog), but runs through the fence and I have 4 small children, while monitor their external activities, it is impossible for me to be everywhere all the time. I do not want to start a war with my neighbor, but the safety of my children is most important.
Talk to the zoning. Traditionally, you can put whatever you want on your property as long as the fence meets the standard applications for use of for residential consumers
